These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products marketed through the website www.enotecarivali.com.

All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are indicated separately prior to order confirmation.

 

5. Purchasing Procedure

An order is considered finalized upon receipt of the order confirmation sent via email by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of product unavailability or obvious errors in the published prices.

 

6. Sale of Alcohol

The purchase of alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively to individuals who have reached the minimum age required by the applicable legislation in the country of destination.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they meet the age requirements mandated by law.

 

7. Payment Methods

Payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase are accepted.

 

8. Shipping

Shipments are carried out via couriers selected by the seller.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.

 

9. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products.
To exercise this right, a communication must be sent to the email address enotecarivali@gmail.com, specifying the order number.
The products must be returned:

  • Intact

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • Complete with their original packaging

Returns of bottles that have been opened, tampered with, or are missing their original seals will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

 

10. Damaged Products

Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by attaching photographs of both the packaging and the product.

 

11. Refunds

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned goods, using the same payment method employed for the initial purchase.

 

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the event of an order error or a product damaged during transport, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery by attaching supporting photographs.
